"No one wants to get into an auto accident. No one wakes up in the morning and decides "I think ill crash my car and file a claim against my already high (south caroline in general) deductible". So, when I found myself in an accident last week I was not only upset because I'd been Id been accident but I was also not looking forward to dealing with insurance. I called Sydney from the side of the road and she took care of everything. She was kind, wanting to make sure I was physically okay and ensured I had everything I would need to get my vehicle towed and a rental in place within just a couple of hours. Sydney has been communicative, compassionate and helpful every step of the way - even when I've contacted her out of straight anxiety about the situation. I'm from a really small town with a State Farm agent who knows all of their clients personally. I was worried about losing that down here. I've never actually met Sydney or anyone at Chelsea's office but they certainly made me feel like I have. Thank you for making a very difficult situation a little easier to deal with. This is why I dont grumble about paying a high premium every month. The assurance that IF something happens I am covered without questions."
